Cancellation Policy

At Beauty With Cristina, I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise and appointments sometimes need to be changed. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact. I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policy.

When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it is often difficult to refill the slot, resulting in a loss of income. To help protect my time and business, the following charges apply:

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.

New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the appointment.

If a cancellation fee is due, no further appointments can be made until the balance has been settled.

Payment for the cancellation fee should be made in your usual way within one week of the cancellation.

Please note, this fee applies to the cancelled appointment only and cannot be transferred to a future booking.

If I am able to refill your cancelled appointment slot, your payment will either be credited towards your next treatment or refunded in full.
